I moved to St. Louis several months ago from San Francisco and I absolutely love my apartment. I found Mansion House Apartments two weeks before my move date and had no troubles with the move. I love that they offer furnished apartment because it would have been awful to move all the furniture I owned. The best part about it is that they are located downtown which means I still have that city feel like I did in SF but I did manage to land an apart with a great view of the river. Having a view of St. Louis' famous arch is just amazing. Overall I have no problems with with Mansion House Apartments and the staff here is very helpful and you cant complain about having all your amenities for free.

About to move out after living here for two years. I can't think of a single complaint. The maintenance staff was very responsive. One of the best Apt Building fitness centers I've ever used. The leasing office staff are great. The lobby attendants were by far my favorite part of living here. Ten times better than any call box and they're always will to have a conversation.
