Moved here from across the street to be exact 220 West, stay away from Craig Properties the worst people to deal with in my history of renting! I am so much happier with 300 Lime, staff is nice and professional, which is a breath of fresh air! Got no deposit back from 220 West just like all the hundreds of people who have written reviews, no one gets anything back from them but I am looking forward to dealing with people who are not corrupt and take people’s money. Thank you 300 Lime!!!!

I have rented multiple apartments in this area and this by far is the best high end finishes and amenities in town. The management is awesome! Ryanne is the best! She has made my family's move so easy!
