After almost 4yrs living here I got to say it was the best place I could have hope to be in. It might have some details or room for improvement but the staff really makes you feel you really are in the perfect place. When the Manager Lara was there, she never had a no. She always tried her best to make things right. Always smiling, polite, and kind. You think once you are living there you will not have to interact with the office but there is always something. A quick question, a community activity, a quick print or just Beth saying hi with a huge smile and always happy to see you. When it comes down to service? This place is in another level. Things are going to break. Things will eventually get damaged. When u place your service order, u can rest assured, if its not within hours that they will come and fix it, u can bet when u return from work, the job will be done. It will be fix correctly the first time. The MVP of this amazing place is their Maintenance Manager. Mr Tony. This place will not be what it is without him. Always happy to help, always so respectful and professional. Besides of his knowledge of more than 20 years experience. Big thanks to Tony for always helping out and always giving the extra mile. I had to move because of work, but I would have been one of many residents that are living here for over 10 to 15 years in a row. Even in my departure, I had the pleasure to meet Michael, the new Community Manager. Even tho I had just a few interactions with him, he was always attentive, and always willing to give the best service possible. He understood the difficulties of moving out in short notice and he always answered all my questions and helped me make this process easier. When u r looking for a place to call home, Walton Vinings is that place.

"The Walton Vinings is the perfect place to live and raise a family. From the monthly activities to the thoughtfully curated book of the month and the library, there’s always something to engage in. I love that the community feels like one big family, and I even had the opportunity to teach Zumba here! The staff is incredibly responsive—any issues are resolved right away. Michael, in particular, goes above and beyond, knowing each of our names and always making us feel welcomed. They even provide snacks for the little ones when they get off the bus, which is such a thoughtful touch. It's a wonderful place to call home!"
