I have lived at Cambridge Towers for over 3 years and have had a good experience. The office manager Bobbi Jo is super friendly, helpful and efficient. Maintenance requests have been completed promptly and the community spaces are kept nice and clean. The location is great, the building is secure and the underground parking is a plus.

This was my first apartment and I lived here for about 10 months. While the reviews about the water getting turned off fairly often are true, you have to remember that this is an old building, so you just kinda have to expect those things. This building is centrally located, and having so many shopping and dining options nearby is a huge plus. I work night shift, and since the walls and ceilings are cement, I rarely hear my neighbors. Management has been very friendly and attentive. Jamaal the maintenance guy is really friendly and helpful as well. I would totally stay here longer, but I am moving out of state for a job opportunity soon. Overall, not too bad and the rent prices are relatively cheap in this current economy.
