Granite (the leasing company) i hate and give two stars, but I absolutely loved living at reifer for a year. I got a studio, and it was so homey and cozy and well lit. My plants were thriving there! Reifer has a timeless style, and is heartily built unlike a lot of the matchboxes surrounding it. I would live here again if I weren't moving away from Lafayette : )

Back in the day refer apartments was one of the cool affordable places to live for young working people. It's sad that it's been taken over by granite
