In the basement there is a newly finished (2022) bedroom with a private bathroom and a laundry closet with a washer and dryer. Every bedroom in this home includes its own private bathroom--perfect for added comfort and privacy. The Purdue Memorial Union and Purdue University campus is a short walk away! It is within A BLOCK FROM CHAUNCEY VILLAGE so you have access to shopping, restaurants and night life all while living a few blocks from campus. There are 2 reserved parking spaces per apartment you can rent for $400 for the entire year. You will never have to worry about having a space to park. A 3rd space may be available depending on other residents in the building. Residents pay for electric, gas, water, sewage and trash. Pet Policy: Pets must be authorized. Cat fee is $20/month and must be over 6 months old. No dogs allowed here. Cats must be fixed and trained. There is a $300 REFUNDABLE per pet deposit. There is a 2 pet limit. 100% refundable security deposit is equal to the rent and is due at the time of the lease signing. There is no application fee but there is a $60/person admin fee due with the first rent payment.
