Excellent place to live and excellent staff. Arriving in Indiana recently, and being without housing for three weeks, Ashley Oaks was the only one that met our needs. We were looking for a flexible lease with an unsure time frame and Ashley Oaks was the only one available with flexible leases. When you enter the first day, you are welcomed like a special guest with all the information you need (and treats). The community is very clean and safe. The maintenance people are up early in the morning everyday. The leasing agent knows her apartments very well and did EVERYTHING for us to feel comfortable: always greeted us and helped us move in as fast as possible. Recently, the property manager, Rhonda helped me file important paper work for my family. They even have fruits and chocolate for the residents. That is why I say excellent place to live and excellent staff. We love it.

The neighbors are extravagant and the leasing agent named drew is even better. Drew takes care of all my needs and does anything and everything to make my stay at Ashley oaks even better. I would let him in my house any day of the week if I wasn’t home. I trust him 100%. I would recommend Ashley oaks to anyone interested in leasing an apartment.
