I've lived here since Oct 2020 and the only negative thing I have to say is that the walls are paper thin. A garage for every apartment, plenty of parking spaces, two mailrooms, two pools, a nice fitness center, great location, close access to the Bluebonnet Trail, numerous fast food and ethnic dining options within walking distance, Walmart, HEB and Tom Thumb within a mile, fast attentive maintenance staff. I wish my rent was still $900 like it was when I moved in, but every half-decent apartment complex convenient to Dallas is significantly more expensive than it was.
