220 S 6th St which is call Maison de Ville, is a beautiful 1872 French Renaissance Revival Second Empire style architecture building is located in the historic Ellsworth Romig neighborhood about 3 block south of the courthouse and 2 blocks south of City Hall. It is in beautiful downtown Lafayette and is convenient to Purdue and bus stops. The building was completely renovated in 2004 and contains ten 1 bedroom apartments. They have all kitchen appliances including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave and disposal. Coin operated laundry facilities are onsite. Building is kept locked for added security. Residents pay for electric. Management pays for water, sewage and trash. Pet Policy: Pets must be authorized. Cat fee is $20/month and must be over 6 months old. Must be fixed and trained. There is a $300 REFUNDABLE per pet deposit. There is a 2 pet limit. No dogs are allowed.
