It is in beautiful downtown Lafayette and is convenient to Purdue and bus stops. The building was completely renovated in 2004 and contains ten 1 bedroom apartments. They have all kitchen appliances including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave and disposal. Coin operated laundry facilities are onsite. Building is kept locked for added security. Residents pay for electric. Management pays for water, sewage and trash. Pet Policy: Pets must be authorized. Cat fee is $20/month and must be over 6 months old. Must be fixed and trained. There is a $300 REFUNDABLE per pet deposit. There is a 2 pet limit. No dogs are allowed.
