I have been extremely happy with this building and its team for the last year. I've found my apartment and all of the amenities to be well maintained and safe, and always get help from the staff when I need it. My neighbors are super lovely, I don't hear any noise from adjacent apartments, and have just overall really loved living here.

I have recently become a tenant at 22 Caton Place, and I can honestly say that it has exceeded my expectations. All the amenities are excellent, and the staff could not be more responsive and helpful. Proximity to the park and to a multitude of neighborhood restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, etc. make it a prime location. I only wish I had found this place sooner!
