I have been extremely impressed with both the staff and the quality of Cortland customer service since moving into the apartment complex last spring. From my leasing agent, Ronny, to the maintenance team, I have been consistently amazed by the personalized support and genuine care. These individuals recognize that this place is your home, and provide top quality resources for reaching out to them when you are in need of any assistance. Further, I am not an individual who usually goes out of their way to take the time and write a review unless I have a true conviction to do so. I would highly recommend this complex to any person searching for a valuable place to live in the Orlando metro area.

Everyone in the Leasing office is so kind and helpful. The maintenance crew is very efficient and timely. We love all the amenities here especially the walking trail.

I had a wonderful experience getting my new studio apartment. My tour guide, Carlos, was super nice and really thorough. He made sure everything in the apartment was working properly and was easy to talk to. I could tell he understood that I was looking at different places, and he really went out of his way to make a good impression. The other staff were really friendly too, and the apartment itself is very affordable. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new apartment.

The staff at this apartment complex are extremely nice. Jarolyn is always very friendly, and accommodating. Andrea always follows up with me if I've had a maintenance issue (which I've only had one in one year). They make you feel a part of the community. I love living here.

Just moved in a month ago and so far had been a great experience. Andrea help me with with all my questions. I travel for work and have the flexibility to pay on-line. Will be referring friends here! Did I mentioned the pool is beautiful!

I recently had the pleasure of working with the leasing team here, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! Andrea, Jarolyn, and Carlos were all incredibly helpful and made my transition to a new unit seamless. I want to especially highlight Jarolyn’s outstanding support during my move. She went above and beyond to ensure that my transfer into a bigger unit was smooth and hassle-free. Her attention to detail, patience, and willingness to answer all my questions really made a difference. It was clear that she genuinely cares about her residents and their needs. Andrea and Carlos were equally fantastic, providing assistance and making sure everything was in order. The entire team works together wonderfully. I’ve lived here over a year and I absolutely love this community. It’s extremely clean, well kept and everyone is super nice in the office. If you are looking for a beautiful home in a safe community, look no where else. Come check out the community you will fall in love with the landscape, amenities and the apartments. Did I mention there’s a trail right on the lake! It’s great to go on daily walks. The staff is super helpful and maintenance team is always quick to respond to any issue. I love living here and I hope you come by and check out these great homes!!
