I've lived in Fielder for almost a year. I had a wonderful bright apartment on the 3rd floor, the windows faced the South street. The apartment has a nice kitchen and a large bathroom. Excellent administration. They always solved problems quickly if something broke in the apartment. Also, they arrange parties in the guest room on holidays and makes small gifts for St. Valentine's Day or St. Patrick's Day. I met only friendly and respectable people among my neighbors. There is a small fitness room, but there are enough exercise machines and it is usually not crowded, so you can find time to work out alone. Another nice little bonus is a coffee machine with free coffee in the guest room. There is also a swimming pool and in the summer time it is a real escape from the Memphis heat. The fireworks at the baseball field are wonderful. It could be seen from my window almost every weekend and it made it feel like a holiday. I have only good memories of Fielder - it is a decent place with a lot of advantages. Among the disadvantages, I can name only the slow elevator in my building, but it was not a problem for me to use the stairs.

I absolutely love it here. So many amenities. We can even watch the Redbirds in action. Two blocks from Beale St. Tight security and a nice police presence. Love the doggy park. Ashley and the staff from the leasing office were super helpful of any and all questions. Maintenance responds pretty quick. They had breakfast for dinner for all residence recently.... NICE!! I definitely recommend it here. 3/27/24: Nothing but professionalism since my husband and I have arrived. Never lived in an apartment where they actually think of the residents. They do something special every month for us. That in itself speaks volumes. The amenities here are awesome and only two blocks over from Beale St.
