Rented from this place for something like 4 years and never had any problems. Would have kept renting if we had remained in Fargo. One of the thing that stood out - the walls were quite soundproof for an apartment. Only things you could hear were generally from right outside your door in the hallway.

Ladies in the leasing office is sooooo sweet. The maintenance man come get the job done same day request. I order from amazon alot and was scared my packages would be stollen NOPE i was worried for no reason everything is secure.. i love it
