When we were living in Indiana trying to find an apartment to move to Tampa, I researched A LOT and read all the Yelp reviews. I fell in love with the website but had original reservations due to the old reviews. Boy am I glad we checked it out! Mary did an awesome job with the showing and answered all our questions. We moved in November and can honestly say we LOVE this place. The amenities are wonderful (2 pools, 2 store gym, dog park, dog walking stations, walkout piers, nature walk, marketplace, etc.)! The apartment is very nice and we love the open kitchen/living room. We chose the north pond to live on and the nature of it is so beautiful when sitting on our patio or walking our dogs. We had a few service requests and they were immediately fixed! The office and service staff are extremely nice and helpful. Anytime we are out they always smile, wave or have a friendly conversation. I strongly recommend this place to anyone what needs a 1 or 2-bedroom apartment.
