We have lived at Torreyana now for almost 2 years and it has been a great experience, the maintenance team has been very helpful and on it and the office staff has always been great, polite and understanding, if we didn’t get a house we would definitely stay for years longer.

Review as of 05/29/2024 … I moved in June of 2023 and I wanted to leave an almost “year in” review. I’m not the type of inquire about management changes, security changes etc. but I will say… the front gate works consistently, there is a police monitoring system that was installed after I moved in, security does come on property but I never really followed them to see what they do, there is at least one pool opened (currently it’s the main pool which is pretty big and whenever I go, it’s either completely empty or 5 people there.) The gym is spacious and is far superior than other apartment complexes built around the same year. The complex grounds are nice and filled with bushes shrubs trees and green areas. The complex is pretty big, nice for walks. It’s very pet friendly but some of the owners are flat out lazy and disgusting for not picking up after their dogs. They have definitely tarnished every dog owner’s reputation which is a shame. I have had a couple of very minor issues (smart system app not syncing with my air conditioning system, smart lock not syncing to the app, and wifi shutoff/reset) and I had ALL of them fixed in less than 24 hours. I understand some people are not tech savvy but they’re truly missing out on the smart app. It really is convenient and comes in handy. Maintenance people detected a leak due to my app notifying them and they called me immediately to confirm if it was a false alarm or not. Maintenance have changed my air filter multiple times so far without any pushback. The valet trash pick up is great. Sometimes I miss the scheduled time but I literally live across the street from the trash area, no big deal for me. The apartment complex is located in the best area possible (next to a pre-k, elementary, and church) super quiet and I never hear my neighbors, let alone the outside. I haven’t seen one insect inside my apartment (if im being honest it’s most likely due to the location of my unit and the simple fact that I deep clean my entire apartment every Sunday.) My electric bill is always less than $50 a month. And my gas is always less than $100 a month. Must be due to the recent air conditioning units update. My only complaint was move in day. My standards of cleanliness are far far higher than the cleaning lady who cleaned my unit. I had to deep clean it myself to my standards. But only after taking pictures and videos so whenever I decide to move out, I have evidence of how they turned in the unit to me. All in all, the amount of sqft, aesthetics, technology, convenience, support, and amenities you get here at Torreyana made the decision to move in and renew a no brainer. I would write how much my rent went up after my renewal but I’m going to keep that glorious amount to myself. Thank you Torreyana 🥳🙌🏽 hope you all stay in my good graces.
