I would definitely give Thousand Oaks Apartments in Virginia Beach Virginia a five star rating. They are very peaceful and immaculate apartments, as well as affordable and in a very safe area. If you are looking for a wonderful new place to live these are a must see.

We lived here for a little over two years. We had a great experience. The positive reviews for Tim are well deserved. He was attentive and helpful in every interaction we had with him. The maintenance was also prompt to help, though we had trouble on occasion with frequent personnel changes. We had a recurring maintenance issue, but the staff kept changing and so they kept starting over with their diagnostics of the problem. The property is beautiful. We had a few challenging neighbors (eg, police and/or fire trucks came through once every few weeks, weed smell, etc) but overall it was a pleasant place for our family. There were also a few bugs, which are common wherever you live in VB. The staff was on top of them when we asked. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would recommend it to others.
