OHS is an amazing building. While I lived there, the front desk staff was unbelievable. The entire maintenance staff are all kind and do a great job as well. The amenities are top notch, quite possibly the best in navy yard. The equinox gym and basketball court is the highlight of the building. It is rarely crowded in the gym which is rare in DC. The rooftop is also nice and the hot tubs on the roof was one of my favorite things to do.

Beautiful, well-maintained apartment complex, with very good security for our 24 year old neice. So many great ammenities: fitness room, meeting areas, pool table, game room, rooftop pool and hot tubs, rooftop outdoor space with furniture and hammocks, etc. Studio apartments can be made to feel very homey. Great location to the pulse of DC.
