Completely incompetent and unprofessional management of the building, including resident interaction. It's a shame, this is a nice building in a great location but it's very clear management does not care about the integrity of the building, does not take thoughtful and sustainable measures, and does not lift a finger to ensure resident satisfaction. This is a 'quick fix' company that has let the building go over time. The funny part is, if they spent just a little more time and money on preventative maintenance and addressing problems correctly in the first place, they'd see longer term savings and cost reductions. If you care even the slightest about the home you live in, this isn't the place. Really good examples of all of this: the building is filthy (common areas), my unit was not properly cleaned when I moved in (including severely damaged and dirty carpet), and I have not had hot water in my unit for over 60 days, despite repeated messages to management.
