Monthly: rent - fixed cost dependent on size, move-in date, and lease term, utilities - variable cost dependent on usage and/or bill back, Utility Service Fee - $3.50. Great location, apartments are nice and I very rarely hear my neighbors in their units. Staff always gets back to me and are easy to reach. We've had a lot of AC/Heat issues but they were fixed ASAP. Lots and lots of parking (We use the back parking lot shared with the business on the east side for guests.) Price is high for not being "in" the city but it was reasonable.

Such a wonderful place to live! The management is super responsive and kind. Also, they handle maintenance requests very quickly, and complete them thoroughly.
