I've lived here for 2 years and I'm constantly impressed by the quality of the building, grounds, amenities, and staff. Service requests are handled usually same-day, and replacements of appliances are offered readily. The public areas are always clean and well taken care of, and the grounds are refreshed multiple times per year (in addition to regular maintenance). The staff is always friendly and quick to respond. Living here is very easy and very comfortable. The other residents are kind, considerate, and also pretty quiet. You can live in many other places along the beltline but I think at the end of the day having the building managed by an engaged, experienced team makes all the difference.
