I am having a wonderful time living in Modera. Everything about it super cool - interiors, appliances, and the amenities: gym, swimming pool and common areas. Very responsive maintenance staff. Leasing office team were very helpful in helping us navigate some lease issues too when we had to make some modifications. An easy 5/5 in my book!

We have had a place at Modera Midtown as a pied-à-terre for about 7 weeks. Our adult children live at home while finishing up their college here in Atlanta. Instead of getting them an apartment, we decided to get one for ourselves. We are having a great time, as are our dogs! They (and we) love the dog park on the 29th floor. The indoor and outdoor gathering spaces are excellent, especially if you want a quiet place to work outside of your apartment. The gym is top notch. The location is perfect if you want to be in the heart of it all but still have a view of something other than someone else's balcony. Chad our leasing agent has been wonderful to us. Always pleasant and helpful. The concierge staff is friendly--especially Braxton, the weekend am person. We requested maintenance, and the issues were fixed within 36 hours. Looking forward to spending the summer lazing about the 2 saltwater pools and watching the sunset from the well-appointed public spaces while preparing our dinner on one of the several gas grills. No regrets about our choice!
