Solid twin-T construction means a very quiet environment with almost no neighbor noise. Section 8 welcome with good rental history. Rent: $995.00 Deposit: Starting at $995, based on income qualifications Utilities: $75.00 monthly fee covers water, sewer, trash and gas. Tenant responsible for unit electric account paid directly to Xcel Energy. WiFi/Cable: Tenant responsibility to set up service and pay fees directly to service provider Program Renter/Liability Insurance: $10.50/month, plus $1.00/month admin fee. Resident must provide proof of landlord liability insurance, or it can be purchased through Trybe Property Management. We require liability insurance or proof of renters insurance at time of move in. Refundable Pet Deposit: $300.00 Pet Rent (non-refundable): $35.00/month Application Fee (non-refundable): $40 per applicant. Applying for one property is the same as applying for all properties. Once approved you can transfer your application to other properties that are within the income requirements provided. Parking: $40.00/month Laundry: In building, coin-operated.
