Lived her twice, first for six months and then a couple years later came back for seven months. Honestly I wish circumstances would have let me stay. The only complaints I ever had were 1) the office was hard to get to during their staffed hours, and 2) getting out of the parking lot onto 72nd at 7:40 am wasn't my favorite thing to do. The managers were great, though. Very friendly and helpful. The apartments were as expected, no problems. The neighbors weren't ever loud, though I always lived on an upper floor so I can't speak to the soundproofness of the ceilings. Parking was rarely an issue, just don't come back past midnight or it'll be full. It's close to WinCo, Costco, and Fred Meyer, which was a huge plus. Overall I was very happy with my two stays here.

My husband and I inquired about living here and I spoke with the property manager, Deanna. As we were planning to relocate from a different state, Deanna went above and beyond to ensure we had as much information as possible in case we were not able to visit in person prior to our move. She spent a lot of time on the phone with me answering my plethora of questions, and even went as far as to walk the unit we were interested in and take photos to send to me. Although we did not end up choosing to live here (solely because of commute), it seems a great place to live and certainly phenomenal management to work with.
