This was my first place to move in to on my own. I couldn't have had a better experience since I've been here. Kristen and Shelby are two of the nicest people I've met. They do an awesome job at what they do here. They do great at taking care of this place and keeping the residents happy. Easy 5 stars.

I have lived at "The Park" for seven months. The best part of living here is definitely the staff. The Property Manager is very kind and helpful. She does a terrific job at keeping everything running smoothly. There were issues with my apartment when I first moved in, and they were taken care of in a timely manner. The Foreman is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to taking care of problems that may arise.They both are always seen with a smile on their face. The complex is well maintained and clean, with plenty of space to walk your dog, and a nice playground for children. I don't think you could go wrong, with choosing The Park @ 1220, as your new home.
