I recently moved into 1000 Spalding, and my experience so far has been great. The move-in process was seamless, thanks to Ekene—be sure to ask for her! The apartment is clean, and the amenities, including the pool, gym, and dog parks, have been impressive. The location is excellent and very quiet. Overall, I’m pleased with my decision to move here.

Great community! I’ve been here for a year and a half, wonderful staff. Service requests are completed in a timely manner. Friendly on-site staff, Ekene Kenzie and Pleasants! Highly recommend.

One of the best Apartments I lived in. I am living here for 4 years by now. My review is as below. The below are the pros which I find from my experience living in this apartment. 1) Spacious apartments with nice layout. 2) Proximity to North spring Metro Station and Schools. 3) Enough Parking space and Walking area and play area for kids. 4) Good sunlight in most of the apartments. 5) Good and responsive maintenance team. (I had problems before in my old apartments for this). 6) Helpful, supportive and responsive management staffs. Always good alert management system. 7) Gated community with two separate blocks. 8) Good Sound sealing in all apartments. (even though GA400 is close, the sound is not coming inside the apartment even on Rainy days 😊 ). I am staying in one close to GA400. 9) Good Pest management. 10) Nice pool (medium size only) and beautiful landscaping/Grill option near the pool. 11) Facility for charging electric vehicles and washing vehicles. 12) Good initiatives by management to renovate the apartments. Renovated apartments floors are synthetic wood finish and bedrooms has mats. Decent appliances are also installed. 13) Good Waste / Swear management and comparatively bigger dumpster. 14)Enough lighting at community at dark. 15) Safe, Silent, clean and secular community. The cons I find in living in this apartment are as below. 1) Missing tennis court. Sorry for Tennis lovers. 2) A medium size fitness center. This has enough equipments. But on comparison with other apartments I lived, this is small. 3) Rent seems to be moderately higher than some other apartments of similar age. But this is on par with the facilities provided. 4) Moderately old apartment. (But management is renovating / maintaining well not to make the tenant feel it is old). 5) Some gate related issues, which happen in between. (but management responds immediately on a call and get that fixed ASAP). 6) Landscaping of the Apartment still needs improvement. We
