Very nice location for living, shopping, great schools, It is a safe area and ideal for walking, cycling. We lived there for 4 years, its been a very good experience, Janel Norman was always very kind, diligent, friendly, and very professional. The maintenance staff is really fast and efficient. The office staff (Chelsea and Chelsea) was awesome. We recommended live in Carmel Landing Apartments.

Great place to live. From all the administrative staff to maintenance they were all fantastic. From Joey's introduction of their latest addition their Complex supervisor fantastic choice.They all collectively made our years the best experience.
