We had a great experience at Lake Village! The apartments are very spacious, with big closets, a patio, and an open floor plan with plenty of space in the kitchen. It is very private with your own entrance. Neighbors are quiet and kind. Maintenance was professional and always showed up when you need them. The neighborhood is also great for kids with innovation hills park right across the street! Highly recommend if you’re looking for these qualities at a great price.

My parents live at Lake Village of Rochester Hills and I can’t say enough good things about this complex and the staff. The apartment is roomy and there’s an actual laundry room which is rare in apartments. What’s most remarkable is the staff…..Jan and Mike are incredible and Dennis, Dennis is TRULY EXCEPTIONAL!!! I’m so very grateful for this wonderful complex!
