We were looking to relocate to Fort Worth and stumbled across these luxury apartments while visiting. Erica, greeted us at the door and from that point forward she was by our side every step of the way. She gave us all the information that your "normal" leasing agent wouldn't share. Over time we interacted with Crystal as well and wow the professionalism, outstanding customer service, and quick communication was simply put amazing! If you're not scheduling your tour here or looking to live in this community...What are you doing? I recommend these luxury apartments and townhomes hands down.

My experience at Willow park apartments has been smooth and exciting! I’ve been passing by this complex day to day and it caught my eye. I decided to set up an appointment for a tour. As we arrived, Erica sat us down to go over potential floor plans. Erica walked us through the property and answered all of our questions. The complex looked neat, clean, and quiet. Some key elements that we were looking for in a complex was a clean environment, good location, layout and friendly staff is a plus! My boyfriend and I were looking for something spacious we were initially interested in a two bedroom. However, we fell in love with the townhome! Erica was able to give us some great insight and advice with our apartment search. Erica was kind and very patient with us. She’s been able to answer our questions promptly and has been able to problem solve with questions we had. Erica’s hospitality was excellent and made our decision so easy. We are so excited to see what’s to come in our soon to be home!
