Heading into my second year here and I love it. Living so close to water is great, and the views are amazing. The management team is top notch and the entire staff is friendly, and helpful. Irvin is great! He is quick to lend a hand, and is always kind. *UPDATE 2 later** Still here and still loving it. Had some maintainence concerns recently, and Andy was so helpful and informative. Just an incredibly responsive team here.

New to Washington DC and Dock79 could not have been a better choice for us. The Dock79 team has been extremely helpful, kind, and resourceful. The apartment building is in a great key area and has access to any and everything you can think of. We absolutely love living here.
