I have lived here for a few years and am fortunate to have the property management office in the same building as my unit. They’re good about being open if we need something and maintenance requests get taken care of quickly. Only complaint is that since I’ve lived here, there’s been a few fees or requirements that they change partially through the lease and I think some of those are unfair, without getting into the weeds too much on the review. Overall good place to rent in town, but still have room for improvement in prompt responses, extras fees, office hours, and managing litter around the building/retention pond.
