I have lived here for three years now and can tell you Riverview is a great place to live. The staff are the reason I decided to lease here over other locations and I have never regretted it. It is clean, quiet and the Staff are the best anywhere. I have recently signed another lease and don't plan on leaving any time soon. The Building next door causes problems with parking and trash on the street which can be a problem if you have guests. I really can't say much more negatives about living here. I have now been living here for 7 years and Riverview is still my choice to live. Some turnover in staff has occurred but everyone is professional and really is what make this place shine.

I am surprised that the reviews give 3.8 stars to Riverview at Upper Landing Apartments. I believe this place deserves 5 stars without any doubt. After living here for more than a year and a half, we've had a great experience so far. The management is very professional and friendly. All maintenance requests have been managed effectively and efficiently. The management continuously upgrades the infrastructure and improves the living spaces. For example, the parking garage recently installed electric charging stations for those who have electric cars. We received a free carpet cleaning for renewing the lease, a very generous gift from the management. The location is, in my opinion, one the best in the Twin Cities to live as we are by the Mississippi River, in a premier park of the city of Saint Paul. Walking to the riverside walk and connected parks is fantastic. The apartments are also close to restaurants and bars. I believe these apartments are a great deal, given the amenities, location, management apartment's interior, space, parking, and cost. I could not find any better deal in the years living in the Twin Cities. We recommend this place for anyone, including small families and single people of all ages.
