For those reviews that say that the staff has been unprofessional, I say bullocks. Every interaction that I had with the staff has been not only professional but was given optimal opportunities for assistance on even the most minimalistic of things. From Tim the maintenance and especially Julie who is the nicest person to work with. Of course they are not going to provide the owners information because they will not give out personal information about a client, at least from my experience. As for the living standard, there is a gas station across the street and a couple of strip malls, a Walgreens and a HyVee just down the road. Their prices are competitive for the location in WDM and had little problems that came up that was not solved by the team helping there. I would recommend living here, thank you Jordan Creek Apartments.

This was my first apartment as a 19 year old and I enjoyed my time there. It’s the best for the price & location especially considering it’s 5 minutes from the Jordan Creek area. Julie in the office is so sweet and helped me get a bigger apartment short notice when my daughter was born and matinence guys and the rest of the staff are super friendly and wonderful. I recommend this apartment/complex to everyone. Only con was having to get a roll of quarters for laundry but hey that’s a lot of places
