Residents will not be allowed to have a pet that is a Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman, Bull Terrier, Chow-Chow, and any dog that manager believes, in its sole discretion, is a cross breed of or related to any of these breeds. Caged birds are permitted. Fish tanks, if permitted, may not exceed 40 gallons and must be properly supported. No exotic animals (such as reptiles, ferrets, pot belly pigs) are permitted. Other animals may be excluded. We may also restrict or require the removal of any breed that becomes known as aggressive, in our sole discretion. Ask Management for further information. Animal rules apply to all animals at the Community, including those animals that are visiting or are temporary. Certain animals may be restricted from designated floors or buildings at the community. It is the responsibility of the applicant to select an apartment for their current and future needs. We are happy to evaluate any requests to keep assistance animals at the community.

I’ve lived here for about 3 years now and maintenance team has been great! I especially wanted to highlight Jose who has gone above and beyond in ensuring that whatever apartment issue I had was dealt with in a timely manner. I had to request an emergency maintenance on Sunday and he still came with the a smile on his face and made sure to ask if there were any other issues he could take care of. He’s professional, kind, and reliable. Amazing work every single time!

Once again, the maintenance staff is the best, and I would specifically like to recognize Jose! Always shows up with a fantastic attitude, extremely knowledgeable in any tasks, and has a great work ethic. When he's done diagnosing/fixing the problem, he takes the time to explain, and finally he cleans up any debris to leave the area he worked in very clean, great attention to detail. It's people like Jose that make living in AMLI such a positive experience
