I’ve lived here for about 3 years now and maintenance team has been great! I especially wanted to highlight Jose who has gone above and beyond in ensuring that whatever apartment issue I had was dealt with in a timely manner. I had to request an emergency maintenance on Sunday and he still came with the a smile on his face and made sure to ask if there were any other issues he could take care of. He’s professional, kind, and reliable. Amazing work every single time!

Once again, the maintenance staff is the best, and I would specifically like to recognize Jose! Always shows up with a fantastic attitude, extremely knowledgeable in any tasks, and has a great work ethic. When he's done diagnosing/fixing the problem, he takes the time to explain, and finally he cleans up any debris to leave the area he worked in very clean, great attention to detail. It's people like Jose that make living in AMLI such a positive experience
This is an update to my review because google won’t let you create a second one. A big shoutout to Jose, on my first week had issue in my kitchen and was worried of response time, Jose was on site fixing it with his team in no time! Amazing job clean work, professional and very happy the maintenance team like Jose is here!!! Everyone I corespondent with was amazing, but Bryan Pineda whom I worked with most, he went above and beyond to make the move in process as smooth as possible! He was very thoughtful, helpful, professional, responsive, patient with all my questions, and they were a lot of questions! Simply excellent!
As a long term resident of AMLI, I have to say that the property itself is great, however what makes this property truly amazing is the staff. Jose is one of the kindest, most attentive employees I have met. He goes above and beyond for his residents and really treats them like fAMLI. Maintenance issues are addressed quickly and finished entirely. Bryan caters to all of his residents with the most infectious smile and is always empathetic to situations that may arise. I’m thankful for the rest of the staff as well and I’m glad to call AMLI uptown Orange my home!

Great place to live. The complex has free Starbucks coffee, fitness center, heated pool salt water, social hub room, gated garage parking, barbecue places, nice balconies. Very quiet and clean place. High security. It’s close to the mall which is definitely a plus. The apartments inside are very comfortable and smartly built. The service is great, all the addressed issues are taking care of quickly. Leo did an amazing job helping us choose an apartment and gave us a lot of valuable information!

The AMLI Uptown Orange Apartments have set such great standards for my first time living here. Firstly Bryan has been super attentive and encouraging throughout our entire process even before moving in. Bryan has well-mannered professional energy and keeps an uplifted laughable conversation. Thus moving in a few appliances were not working properly but thanks to Jose he was more than capable of fixing each maintenance issue. Jose did an excellent job explaining how each issue can be fixed. Now that the apartment is set I know we can count on Jose from the maintenance team and Bryan from the staff for any future purposes. Such a wonderful experience and we are all happy to be a part of the AMLL Uptown Orange fAMLI! :)))

AMLI has been one of the best apartment rental experiences (of the 6 rental experiences I’ve had). The apartments and facilities are modern and well-maintained. But what really makes the difference are the amazing staff members who are responsive, friendly, and competent! There is a sense of community and care (many of the staff members even live in the building!) that really elevates the experience compared to other apartment complexes.
For instance, I had a tricky situation come up regarding needing to suddenly downsize from 2 to 1 bedroom with 2 months left on the lease— Melissa and Tiffany in management swiftly helped me explore my options. They were attentive and supportive, and made the process as painless and smooth as possible! I ended up being able to transfer apartments in a seamless way that minimized expenses.
The office staff, Kareem & Bryan, have also been very friendly and helpful as well— my questions and concerns are always addressed promptly and thoroughly.
Also shout out to Jose from the maintenance staff who has been absolutely wonderful! I have an anxious dog and he always takes care and consideration when he enters to repair something - he even brings doggie treats! :)
My wife and I have lived here almost 1 year, it has been great. The staff is very friendly and the complex is always clean. Any time there is an issue, Jose comes out right away to fix us up.
