Enrique was able to move us in quickly. The process was smooth, no hiccups. You can tell they're in the process of changing things, but it's for the better! Patience and understanding will make it worth your while. I love that someone is always available to answer questions and that my service requests are addressed in a timely manner. Warning: Parking in the complex is STRICT. No permit, no parking, no exceptions. Rules are rules! Don't play around because you'll regret the $400 towing fee. The tow service is always on the hunt. It's easy to find street parking during the day, but good luck at night.
