Hi Amber, After you asked me to give you a review / recommendation, I thought about it. And it would go something like this. I, D. Madison Apt. 2168 @ Coral Point, here by give the following recommendation and praise to Amber Brock! Since she came to work here in May of 2024, Amber has made a huge difference for us after we moved in in February of 2024. When we first moved in we had many many problems and issues with the apartment that we are currently renting. Starting with roaches, doors that would not latch and close, etc etc etc. Amber always made it a point to come and see for herself what the issues were and got things done very soon thereafter. I know she went to corporate level and got the proper approval for things that nobody else had done. Since all this has happened since she came in May our apartment is a lot more livable with proper air conditioning Windows doors that close and latch etc etc. Please don't hesitate to call me or text me or email me if you have any questions. My dishwasher wasn’t working I stopped by the office for other business and and she scheduled my appointment for the following day. The young man that came to fix it was so nice and helpful. He told me what to do in case it happens again. I asked him about my AC because it’s loud and he said I’ll be right back. Came back with batteries and I asked him was that the issue he said No your battery is just low. That was awesome of him.
