I’ve been waiting for over 3 years to get my patio sliding door fixed. Under new management, I’ve recently experienced them trying to blame me and hold me reliable for damages and blaming it on my emotional support dog’s urine Causing corrosion on a 30-40 year old outdated apartment building. Impossible and it a shame someone would try to pull some B.S like that. I verified with the vendor and the adjustments were apparently altered. Strangely, I reached out to management and they sent a new adjuster out. I havent heard back from management in regards to this matter in months. Hopefully, this issue is resolved expeditiously. I deserve a safe and stress free place to call home. Ive been living out here for 7 years and this the worst experience ever. Besides the hot water being out for 2 months and having to shower in movie trailers. Look it up on news. Kristal the property manager is doing a great job with beefing up security since the murder and the shooting. You can also look it up on the news too. However, she is evil, racist, and just flat out classless and needs resign and leave our property if she isnt’t going to do anything to help tenants here in this beautiful community. The gate is broken right now as I type and has been broken for weeks which is a major safety to us as tenants and a big inconvenience to our guest along with delivery services. Ive went through and notified the proper channels of management and even submitted a worker order but noONE seems too care about the broken, inconsistent working call box. Sorry it had lead to airing this out on this review but I think its necessary that someone spoke up and people should know the real deal.

Dontae the maint. guy is very pleasant. He fixed my work order and I am appreciative of the job he did while completing. Also I gave Christa a work order and she addressed things in a timely manner and now I am very satisfied with my home.
