This place truly has everything I could ask for. I waited for a while for an apartment but it was well worth it. As someone who has young kids it was nice that the school was close by allowing us to walk on warm days. Also children's is right in the building so we are never late for appointments. I also didn't have to sacrifice between a nice place and having my dogs. They are thoroughly enjoying walking the trails in the morning and looking at people walking from the balcony. I owned prior to moving here and it is great not having to worry about maintenance. I can even have my fridge filter swapped out for me without being there. If you are looking for a place to call home that truly welcomes everyone don't skip over Cast Iron.

This place has been the most amazing renting experience I’ve ever had!! The staff are AMAZING and make it worth living here. They have all kids of events and several resident appreciation days with food and gifts every month! The facilities are well kept and I love the modern appliances, nice floors, high ceilings, and large windows to the floor. A very unique place and I am sad I had to leave… Don’t hesitate for a moment to consider Cast Iron!! Thank you guys for an amazing experience! 🙏🫶🙌🪽
