My husband and I have lived here for just shy of three years. We have to give props to maintenance. We had a cold snap come through and we had to turn our heaters on. As luck would have it, our heater decided it wanted to choose that moment to have a key part go out. We called emergency maintenance and got an immediate response. Dominique, the maintenance person on-call, had JUST gotten back to his own home when he got our message, and gave us a very clear timeline of when he would be able to reach us, as well as instructions on what to do in the meantime. He arrived within that timeframe, despite it being late at night, and had our heater fixed in no time at all. He was incredibly professional and provided excellent service, even though we knew he had had a very long day filled with various disgruntled residents. Needless to say, we were thoroughly impressed with his service and response time.

I am happy that after having several managers that finally we have a beloved manager and friend to all. She is empathetic and always there to help! The maintenance crew is friendly and efficient. And the laundry rooms are spotless! There is a very positive attitude now from mgtment for the first time in a long time. And I am very happy to be a resident at Copperfield.
