Seaview Apartments is truly a hidden gem community located only one block from Port Hueneme beach. The vibe is quiet and peaceful in a park-like setting with beautifully landscaped courtyards, a pool, spa, dry sauna, and fitness room with a pool table. The area is quiet and cozy with three BBQ areas and three smart laundry rooms on site. Our units are freshly remodeled. Kitchens come with recessed lighting, granite countertops, upgraded faucets and fixtures, built in microwaves and flat top stoves. Each room has an individual thermostat for heat control and all windows have vertical blinds. Water, sewage, and trash are all included in the rent. Each unit comes with one assigned garage space & there are over-flow spaces for additional vehicles. Small indoor pets are allowed with an additional pet deposit and agreement. We are a smoke free community. If you have great credit and proof of income you are welcome to apply. Special $1100 Security Deposit with approved credit. Credit score 725 or higher.
