My experience at Elevation Has been nothing short of amazing. The grounds are beautifully kept year-round. The staff is fabulous and have always been very professional. I truly feel they love their residents and I think that makes all the difference between mediocre complexes and GREAT complexes. The location is one of the best in Knoxville- convenient to everything. The apartments are high quality and a lot have been renovated. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

My experience has been wonderful. I moved here from out of state for a new job. My friend lived here and I stayed with him for a short period while trying to decide where I wanted to live. I love that it's quiet but really close to a lot of things. Close to bars, restaurants, grocery stores, things to do outside. Pet friendly. The amenities look great (We just moved in a we ago). The best thing was Lexus and Aaron. They are the two that helped us get in quickly. They were both super friendly and helpful. Always there for us. The maintenance guy, Armando, came by to tie up some loose ends for us while I was at work. My wife said he was very nice and considerate. I don't know why but she was very impressed that he locked the door as he left. Just all around great experience so far. Keep it up guys! T
