Rand Townhomes consists of 18 new 2-bedroom, 2.5 bath brick townhomes. The townhomes are constructed in accordance with the highest quality and “green” energy efficient standards. This unique community will have space to enjoy outdoor living with friends, a salt water pool and community barbeque pit. Rand at Sutherland is steps away from the Third Creek Greenway, the community is within walking distance to the UT RecSports Complex on Sutherland Avenue as well as grocery stores, restaurants like Savelli’s, Red Onion Pizza, Dead End Barbeque and other shopping venues. Each townhome has an open, two-story floor plan. The main level includes stained concrete floors, Living Room/Dining Room, a half bath and fully equipped kitchen with pantry, granite countertops, bar, refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The second level incudes 2 bedrooms each with a full bath with tile floors and walk-in closet. A laundry room with full size washer and dryer is also located on the second level. The entire second floor (other than baths) has hardwood style plank flooring. Other amenities include mail center located at the pool/office, ample well-lit front door parking spaces, garbage removal, security cameras in the parking and common areas and 24-hour emergency maintenance.
