What a wonderful place to live! My wife and I recently moved into the Bedford Crossing and are so happy with our decision. Matt in the office has been great to work with and is quick to respond with any questions or concerns regarding moving in and anything about the property. The units are updated with beautiful LVP flooring, granite countertops, SS appliances (full size fridge, mounted microwave, glass top range/oven, dishwasher, big sink w/ garbage disposal. Unit also has stacked washer/dryer. Balcony is good size and provides ample space for small plants and chairs to relax and take in the views of Madison. Access to the bike path is also great and allows for nice sunset walks. The property is beautifully landscaped, clean, well lit and feels very safe.

We’ve lived at Bedford Crossing for about a month and have loved it so far. Matt did a fabulous job getting our lease set up and ready for a smooth move in. Rick and Steve have been awesome and prompt for all of our maintenance needs. The apartment itself is really nice and the community is very peaceful and friendly!
