A 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a sizeable tile kitchen with butcher block countertops, and porcelain farm style sink. Plenty of cabinet space and a French-door refrigerator/freezer. Exposed brick on the kitchen wall behind the stove with stainless steel kitchen shelves. A door off the kitchen leads to the courtyard, and a rear staircase to the building. Across from the kitchen is a large (20' x 17') room with French doors, hardwood floors, and a patio door leading to a flagstone-laid patio. Most previous tenants use this room as their den or study. This room comfortably accommodates two sofas, an entertainment system coffee table, and some large plants, all with enough room to open and close the doors to the patio and the room itself. Two French doors lead to one of the four bedrooms, a sizeable closet, and a bedroom approximately 13 x 15—two large windows with plantation blinds.
