Please read this important information before applying: This apartment lease will include a one-time, non-refundable Administration Fee of $300.00 per adult on the lease. Minors living at the apartment with their parents or guardians are exempt. If you are applying with a cosigner or cosigners, their Administration Fee will be $100.00 per cosigner instead of $300.00. When you apply, an Application Fee of $200.00 per person will be owed for every adult (“adult” meaning “a person who is 18 years of age or older, or a minor living without a guardian”) that is applying to live in the apartment. This Application Fee is comprised of a $150.00 down-payment that removes the apartment from the market while your application is being processed, and a $50.00, non-refundable Application Processing Fee. If you are not approved for the apartment, the $150 down-payment will be refunded to you; if you are approved, it will be applied towards the Administrative Fee, with the remainder due when you sign your lease.
