I’ve lived at Maplewood for 7 months now and plan to continue to rent here until I move out of state for work or buy a house. Nice townhomes, and mostly great neighbors. Don’t have patios - but can hang in my driveway when it’s nice outside. Don’t have any bug issues and property is well kept.

Maplewood townhouses have very nice/big 3 bedroom homes with lots of space! Very quiet neighborhood! Great new management! Loved the last 2 years living here!
