This is a smaller property of 9 units in the front, and this unit is in the back separate building with 3 units. Unique layout Upstairs 1- Bedroom 1-Full Bath, full sized Bathtub 1-Car Garage Good sized Kitchen with room for smaller dining room table and great cabinet space. Newer flooring throughout Closet space. Gas Range Blinds $1595 Monthly Rent $1200 Security Deposit (OAC) $500 Off First Month's Rent (OAC) We do have a requirement for Liability Renters insurance, either proof of a policy or a monthly payment of $15 can be made to meet this requirement. Pets- Only one Indoor Only Small Pet Dog (no dangerous breeds) or Indoor Pet Cat allowed, Additional $250 Pet Deposit required. And will consider other types of Pets such as contained in a Cage, Tank, Aquarium, a deposit could be charged with a limit of a 5 gallons size only allowed. We usually semi- remodel any newly vacated unit by Freshly Painting and the Units are Freshly Cleaned. The pictures posted are of the actual unit near completion! This current unit needs to be photographed and is prepared nicer than the photos shown. Utilities- The Tenant pays Electric, Gas, and Trash and the Owner pays Water, and Gardening on the common grounds. The tenant would have to check on the availability of Cable or Internet Services and for Satellite Dishes we do have certain Rules and Restrictions. For this 1-bedroom, we will take up to a maximum of 3 people. The application processing fee is $40 per adult. Each adult interested will have to complete an application. We will only take certified funds for the application processing fee (cashier's check or money order or cash, no personal checks). Application Processing Fees are not refundable. The maximum hold with a full deposit paid, is 10 days to Commencement a move-in. Directions- Pacific runs North South and is located just south of West 9th Street.
