I've been very pleased with the management staff and the maintenance staff. All of my concerns/issues are handled promptly and professionally. The grounds are well maintained. A little paint touch up is needed but the overall appearance of the community is neat and clutter-free. Ovations is everything and the Greens of Salem Run is in a great spot with access to a multitude of restaurants and stores.

My boyfriend and I have been looking around at places to rent and stumbled upon Hideaway. Of course we had questions, but the girls at the leasing office were incredibly helpful. You could tell they knew exactly what they were talking about, and made it comprehensive enough for us to understand as first time renters. They were both super personable which stood out to me.
