Our experience with Evergreens@Smith Run Senior Apartments, was delightfully refreshing. The moment we came in for a tour of the apartments, We were greeted and treated like we were their favorite long time friends...both from the residences as well as the staff....The place is beautifully decorated,...and the furnishings very comfortable,...making us feel like were home,..the amenities that they have to offer as well, ..will never leave you feeling bored for a lack of activities....They have been created to inspire you to join in social events in developing a more sense of a knitted community of friends and family....We give Evergreens@ Smith Run a very high rating,...it's a great place to live,...and you will gain a family of friends...Thank you staff of Evergreens@ Smith Run for making us all feel welcomed and home.

This is a great place, convenient to the hospital & Central Park, great people & a nice apartment. It seems there were some social issues in the past which are now resolved
