Just moved in recently and I have to say this process has been a breeze. Planning a move from northeast was no easy feat, but the staff at Tamarind Bay made it completely stress free. Jolie was awesome and answered all my questions. She was able to accommodate a video tour since I wasn’t able to see the place in person prior to moving. Once I got here she continued to exceed expectations. Making the move in process so effortless and efficient. We also got to meet the maintenance manager Jason, and he was so friendly and helpful! The grounds are beautiful, I love walking my dog around the pond in the morning. Tons of wildlife around the property and our neighbors have been so welcoming and kind. Location is great, you are fifteen mins from downtown st Pete and 15 minutes from downtown Tampa. Seriously cannot rave about this place enough! Thanks Tamarind Bay for making this transition so smooth!

Love this place, nice and welcoming community from the second you arrive. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. The leasing office Kathy and Jolie are extremely awesome as well and have made moving such an easy experience!!! Along with being welcoming they made the whole process easy, quick and helped through everything in great manner! Loving my time here at Tamarind at the Bay, ideal location and for a price you cannot find anywhere else around here.

Jolie is amazing and made moving in so easy! Maintenance is also on top of it here, and I have no complaints. Ask for Jolie when you come in and you will be taken care of!

The staff here are awesome! Jolie especially helped making this move so easy. After another place falling thru and a car full of stuff she got us moved in same day! I can’t say enough good things about her. The grounds are so pretty and everyone I have met has been super nice! I would definitely recommend
