I just wanted to give a quick review to my new home because it is amazinggg. It's a great place to live in! From the pool/hot tub to an awesome gym and other amenities. The staff is super friendly and accommodating to my requests and concerns. Location is incredibly convenient to jump on the freeway really quickly. I am happy with my decision to stay here!

New apartment complex when I moved in. Even though it’s close to the highway, it’s very quiet. The property complex is well maintained and everyone at the leasing office I’ve worked with has been very responsive. Very pet friendly. Even though there isn’t a dog park, there is some grass around the building and there are two parks in walking distance which is awesome. I’ve been here for over a year and am only moving out to be closer to my new job.

me and my husband recently moved in here & it’s been great. We love the space and the environment. People are respectful here and the apartment is super dog friendly (which we love) !!! All of the staff is amazing and easy to work with. They made the process easy and are so friendly. I would recommend living here!
Lived here for almost 4 years and I generally loved it but there are a few things that can be improved.
Pros :
* Beautiful complex
* Very convenient gated garage space on every floor
* Extra storage space on every floor
* Charging units for electric vehicles
* Nice amenities (trash chutes, coffee machine)
Cons :
* I would recommend not to take any apartment that faces the pool or the courtyard or ask for it to be very discounted. This was the main reason I left. The noise from the kids is unbearable especially during the pandemic when you are at home most of the time and management does not do anything about the noise.
* Also I echo another review saying not to clean your apartment on move out. They charge you $180 regardless, so just leave it as is.
* The luxer system is not very streamlined. Sometimes the door is jammed or the code doesn't work making it hard to retrieve packages.
Best place I've ever lived!
This complex is great. Top features:
- Soundproof walls. I have never heard my neighbors, and no one has ever complained about my 4am EDM sessions
- Very good AC. I survived the summer with 70F interiors during 110F heat waves.
- Good washers and dryers - powerful, reasonably fast, and side loading
- Good kitchen and utilities - large fridge, nice stove/oven, GREAT dishwasher.
Amenities are probably nice, but seeing as I moved in during covid I've never actually had a chance to experience them. Suggest negotiating for cheaper rent, since you can't use the closed amenities.
Parking is free for first car per person on the lease, $100/car/mo after.
We have had some problems with package theft, but management was responsive and arranged the secure mail room.
Overall fantastic place. I will be sad to move out.
Love our time at 6ten. Clean, impeccably maintained, great location. Yes, there have been break-ins, just like any apartment. But, management has gone above and beyond to improve security in effective ways, even leading to arrests.
The apartment layouts are well designed and the wood flooring is great. If you're a Googler, it's literally 5mins to many of the Sunnyvale offices, and you don't need any freeway traffic. In addition, being right next to the freeway makes other destinations feel closer than you'd expect. But, perhaps the best part has been the apartment management. Whether it's maintenance, lease questions, or even food recommendations, the apartment managers and techs are all absolute professionals. They have taken great care of us.
We recently moved to this apartment complex, and our experience has been exceptional from the start. Ria, the leasing consultant, was incredibly helpful during our visit and throughout the application process. She patiently provided insights and answered all our questions, making us feel confident in our decision. Even after moving in, Ria continued to support us, assisting with the transition and checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly.
Now, a week after moving in, we really like this place. The apartment is comfortable, and its proximity to the 101 freeway is a great convenience. Overall, we highly recommend this apartment complex, thanks to Ria's outstanding service and the excellent living conditions.
We have lived here for more than 3 years, a great family atmosphere and calm, we are very grateful for everyone who works here. My family and I would definitely recommend it.
